Flash AS2 to AS3

Well the time has come to make the transition to Flash AS3. Wooowww! It would be easy to stay in the comfort zone of AS2 but I must admit that this new way of thinking, new way of working, new way of approaching things is very good. It's actually very similar to the old school Director lingo programming (in my opinion) but a lot more powerful and collaborative.

Listeners??? What are they? Well they are actually quite good. I reckon they are probably one of the biggest culture shocks - no more onRollOver(), listen to me instead ha! Anyway, headfirst and determined to make it work.

Whats the best all round mobile phone at the moment? Well, I've just gone for the SE W960i and it seems to function really well and has a superb walkman with 8GB capacity, I don't think for one minute that it would touch the iPhone but hey it was free on contract and nothing else seems to come close.

The only issue with it is the delay when opening applications for the first time as this can take about 5 seconds to respond but once you get used to it this doesn't bother you.
